Later on, he deepened his education as a Jivamukti teacher with his mentor Conor Byrnes, and continued to train himself and grow.
His classes are described as strong, and challenging but soft, and, with deep listening and details.
Erik wants to share the Yoga teachings with authenticity and sincerity, adding mobility tools, a panel of exercises, and breathing techniques that emphasize the experience.
He believes Yoga is a powerful tool to assist human progress, body & mind awareness, and intelligence.
